Return Policy

• Timeframe: Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Condition of Items: All returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with the tags attached. Please ensure the item is in the same condition as when it was sent to you. Items that are damaged after use will not be accepted for return.
• Faulty Items: If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 2 to 3 working days of receiving the item. In such cases, we will cover the cost of the return. For non-faulty returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process
